Fasteners

We are working with fasteners which mainly used in metal sheet fabrication, here are some of them:

• cage nuts - helps you to connect two panels one of them must be perforated with square shape holes
• cage nut sets - includes all the items you need to connect two panels cage nut, screw and PVC washer 
• rivets - fix two metal sheets with a tool
• rivet nuts - fix two metal sheets by screwing down with automatic or manual tool
• threaded pins - weld to a panel with a thread on the opposite side, which can fix any item on it with a regular nut

Metal cabinets and enclosures hardware

Which is our main branch, this include the number of goods you apply to produce metal cabinet:

• cam locks - to lock cabinet`s door with some key and gentle locking, the main feature is key combination, cam locks don`t resist to much power, the proper material is brass, the most regular now are zinc die and stainless steel
• quater turn locks - goes with a spring which makes them adjustable to press the door to the enclosure frame, the main feature is power but not the key combinations, the main materials are stainless steel, zinc die and polyamide
• hinges - different types of hinges, such as butt hinges, continious hinges, corner hinges, concealed hinges are there to fix the cabinet`s door to it`s frame in the way you want to do it, hinges are usually produced from such materials as steel, stainless steel, zinc die and polyamide
• gaskets - there are three main types: sealing bubble gaskets, edge protection and self adhesive tapes, produced from EPDM and PVC materials they aim to seal the enclosure, maintain the protection against water and dust
• handles - are mounted to the enclosure mainly for two targets - either to open the door or to move the cabinet or item by holding this handle, handles regular materials are steel, stainless steel and polyamide 
• latches - allows to lock the cabinet door or panel and then open it manually, without a key, some latches are padlockable, this means they can be locked with a pad lock and to open it you need to open a pad lock first; the main materials of latches are stainless steel and steel
• drawer slides with hooks - a special drawer slides with a special features of fixing on the metal panel, this feature allows to increase the load rating and to mount the sildes manually without using any fasteners for it
• stainless steel hardware - a special branch with cam locks, quater turn locks, swinghandles, hinges, handle and latches produced with a stainless steel material only, the application is outside cabinets and enclosures, agressive environments, higher humidity enwironments, food production, medicine machineries, railway and transportation sectors

A special type of fittings and hardware used for building and repairing truck and van bodies. It can be used by manufacturers, garages, logistic and transportation companies to produce extensions or repair their vehicles. The main items in this branch are: locks, handles, hinges, latches, gaskets and fittings a kind of o-rings, eye nuts, eye bolts
